The Blandford Ukulele Group (BUG) welcomes reasonably experienced players to join our really friendly community group that sings, chats, and has fun playing ukulele songs. Songs and players are of all ages! Absolute beginners start with “Baby BUG”, a ten-week course from 6th January, 6:45-7:15pm; players looking to advance their skills can come to Exam BUG, 7:15-7:45pm every week; everyone that can play six chords or more is welcome to Big BUG, 8-9:30pm every week. Tuesdays, 7:15-9:30pm:
Resonate Acappella is Dorset’s newest women’s acappella (unaccompanied) singing chorus, singing modern and classic songs. Warm and friendly group looking for those who can or want to sing in this lovely and vibrant style of music-making. Music reading not necessary; fun essential. Wednesdays, 7-7:30pm:
Blandford Theory Club is for those who want to understand more about why and how music works. Really useful for those who make it, and interesting for those who listen. Grades up to five, using textbooks, guidance and examples. Take the burden away from your instrument/vocal teacher. More info from Sam on 07811-804012!
Wednesdays, 8-9:30pm:
Guitars of Blandford is all about encouraging anyone who wants to play their guitar more to take their instrument out of its case once a week to play lots of songs, new and old, in a friendly group of like-minded guitarists.
