Worst Wedding Ever

“Made me laugh so much I almost fell out of my seat” was just one press review for Chris Chibnall’s comedy WORST WEDDING EVER, which will be staged by the New Forest Players in July. It is predicted tickets will be at a premium for this supremely funny, yet touching, tale of Rachel and Scott’s plans for a lavish wedding, which, due to their financial situation, has to be pared to the bare minimum.

The bride’s mother, Liz, has other ideas. Her daughter will have a white wedding with all the trimmings. She will get the family to join forces to give the couple a day to remember – a marquee in the back garden, bunting, a pub band, a spread worthy of Mary Berry, portable loos – she has thought of everything. What could possibly go wrong?

You are invited to be a guest at Rachel and Scott’s wedding in your best finery at the Ballard Performing Arts Centre on 22nd July, with action replays on the 23rd, 24th and 25th – tickets £14 from the NFP Box Office via their website:
