Bramshaw Cricket Club

We’ve been playing cricket in Bramshaw and Nomansland since 1877, right on the Forest, and we’re proud of the role our club plays in the community. Cricket has always brought people together from the Forest and the wider Hampshire area to us, and over the years, we’ve seen generations of families enjoy the game with us.

From May to September, we run three teams on Saturdays in the Hampshire League, a Sunday friendly side, and a Tuesday evening side, catering for a mix of competitive and social cricket for all abilities. Whether people want to play competitive league matches or just enjoy a friendly game, there’s something for everyone.

Playing on the Forest gives our matches that extra special feeling (The Forest livestock are some of our most regular spectators), and it’s a great place to spend time with friends and fellow members.

Our juniors have their own side, coached by fully qualified coaches, giving young players the chance to learn the game, improve their skills, and enjoy being part of a team. We also run training sessions every Thursday for all members, focusing on development while keeping fun at the heart of everything we do.

Off the field, we’re as social as we are on it. Our bar and regular events give players, families, and friends the chance to relax, catch up, and enjoy themselves. It’s the chatting, laughter, and shared experiences that make this club special. Cricket brings us together, but the people keep us going.

We’re always on the lookout for new players and volunteers, whether you want to get involved on the field, help out behind the scenes, or just join in the club’s social life. So feel free to get in touch via some of the channels below:
