Hello, we are Doug and Elsie, and we are 3-year-old Miniature Dachshunds.
Doug and Elsie are very affectionate and like nothing more than to have lots of cuddles and sit on your lap. Elsie is the braver of the two and has the confidence for them both; she enjoys sleeping under a blanket. Doug is the calmer of the two and a sensitive little soul. He likes to be close to you and his sister. They love to run and play together in the garden, chasing each other and enjoying their walks. Be ready for them to steal your heart and your lap.
They are brother and sister and very bonded, so they will need to be homed together.

- Handmade Card Stall : every Friday as part of the Craft Fair at The Druit Hall, Christchurch
- Charity Stall at The Spire : Dates for 2026 : 28th March, 20th June, 26th September and 28th November. 10am to 2pm.
THERE WILL BE PRESENTATIONS OF THE DOGS IN OUR CARE on the 7th FEB, 7th MARCH, and 4th APRIL. These will be held at Kinson Community Centre, Pelhams Park, BH10 7LH
START TIME 2.00PM SHARP. Arrival at 1.45 pm is recommended.
The induction meeting will follow.
Waggy Tails Rescue is a registered charity based in Dorset. We rescue and rehome dogs that have been abandoned, neglected, or otherwise in need of a new home.
