Julia’s House Christmas Carols

Start your festive celebrations with a song at Julia’s House Christmas Carols evening at All Saints Church in Branksome and help bring joy to seriously ill children this Christmas.

This special evening of carols will be held for the first time at All Saints Church, Branksome Park, on Tuesday, 16th December, from 7 pm. It is set to be a magical evening full of timeless carols, heart-warming readings from Julia’s House families and staff, and the beautiful voice of local acoustic singer Shelley Edwards, who will be joined on the night by the Julia’s House choir.

Tickets are now available to book at www.juliashouse.org/Carols2025 with delicious mince pies and mulled wine included. Every ticket helps to provide vital care for a seriously ill child this Christmas.

The festive evening is being hosted by the Dorset and Wiltshire children’s hospice, Julia’s House, to raise vital funds to help local families who are caring for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

Julia’s House is your local children’s hospice, providing specialist care to children with life-limiting and complex conditions and supporting their families, giving them all a chance to have the magical moments and memories every child and family deserves.

Our amazing nurses and carers bring clinical care, fun, laughter, and compassion to the children they support. And we give exhausted parents a much-needed respite break from around-the-clock care, with the peace of mind that their child is in safe hands, both in families’ homes and at Julia’s House hospices in Corfe Mullen and Devizes. This essential service is provided completely free to families, thanks almost entirely to kind donations and fundraising.

“We’re delighted to be holding our Christmas Carols at All Saints Church in Branksome for the very first time,” said Julia’s House Fundraiser, Sarah Agnew, “We can’t wait to fill the church with seasonal songs and readings and are delighted to be joined by acoustic singer Shelley Edwards, as well as our very own Julia’s House choir and some of the families we support. We’re really looking forward to singing in the festive season with the local community and joining together to raise vital funds to support our care for local seriously ill children and their families. Tickets are limited, so book as soon as you can so you don’t miss out on the festive fun!”
