The Test Valley Business Awards is proud to announce the 2025 finalists for two of its highly anticipated categories: Small Business Award, sponsored by Parker Bullen LLP, and Young Business Person, sponsored by Stannah.
Small Business Award – Sponsored by Parker Bullen LLP
This award recognises the achievements of a small business that has demonstrated outstanding performance, growth, and resilience. This year’s finalists are:
- Belle Hair Boutique – Based in Romsey, a stylish and welcoming hair salon offering expert hairdressing and personlised beauty treatments
- Hampshire Gas Solutions – Professional heating and gas specialists providing reliable installation, servicing, and reports
- Romsey Drum Hut – A dedicated drum and percussion store in Romsey providing a range of services tailored to drummers of all ages and skill levels

Young Business Person – sponsored by Stannah
This award recognises a young professional who has shown exceptional leadership, innovation, and success in the business or sector world. The 2025 finalists are:
- Back in Shape Chiropractic – Clinic providing expert chiropractic care to help relieve pain, improve mobility and restore overall well-being
- Nibula Treats – Hamper company creating delicious, handcrafted treats perfect for indulging yourself or gifting to others
- Top Dog Canine Hydrotherapy – Offering specialist hydrotherapy sessions to aid dogs’ recovery, fitness and overall health

Stannah has been a leading employer in the area since the early 1970s, when the already 100-year-old family business set up its main manufacturing site in Andover. Stannah Lifts supplies passenger, platform, and service lifts, along with escalators to household names around the UK. With 11 service branches across the country, they also repair and service lifts and stairlifts across the country, with almost 100,000 units in their portfolio.
