The Weymouth Half Marathon returns for its 10th edition on Sunday, March 16, 2025, offering runners an unforgettable experience along our iconic coastline. For those seeking a slightly shorter challenge, there’s also “The Half Half,” a 7-mile option starting at the same time, catering to runners aged 16 and over.
Race Director, Alan Rose of Just Racing is pulling out all the stops to make it special. “This year marks a decade since the event’s inception,” with Alan promising “new features which remain under wraps, until the event”.
For many athletes, the Weymouth Half Marathon serves as an ideal training ground ahead of the London Marathon. Its timing in mid-March allows competitors to gauge their fitness levels while enjoying a relatively flat course. With over 1,500 spots available, you can still enter the race but you will need to hurry!
