Sixpenny Handley plagued by Goats in new family theatre show!

In a corner of the countryside not too far from here trouble is brewing.
One too many sandwiches have been stolen;
One too many flowers eaten;
And one too many goat poos have been pooed.A decision is made that SOMETHING must be done about the Goats, but no one can agree what that is! With goats spreading across Sixpenny Handley, Running Dog Theatre need your expert advice on what to do next…

Mixing puppetry, storytelling and live music, Exeter based Running Dog Theatre head to Dorset this October with their rollicking adventure story for families about goats, division and overcoming conflict – but with chase sequences and competitive poo collection! Touring as part of the autumn programme by rural arts charity, Artsreach, they’ll tell you their Goaty tale and then YOU get to decide how best to solve their Bleeting Bother. By working together, audiences will design and create the solution they’ve been looking for!

“Absolutely brilliant! Bonkers, but pure genius.” Audience Member

Artsreach Director, Kerry Bartlett said “When we first heard about the Goat Show we just loved the way the company talked about embedding themselves in the community, and the volunteer team from Sixpenny Handley had some brilliant ideas about how to do this! All I can say is, look out Sixpenny Handley – the goats are coming!”

See The Goat Show at Sixpenny Handley Village Hall at 2pm on Saturday 26 October. Further information and tickets are available from 01725 552812 or online at www.artsreach.co.uk
